Tiger woods and every other golfer on the PGA Tour work their setup, week in week out and you don't have to, you are AWESOME. What tour do you play on???? I've got one and its great, the only training aid that I've bought. I would prefer to have lessons then spend money on all the crap training aids out there. I now load more weight on my right side on the back swing and hit it heaps further. Thats just 1? benefit. Try it before you disregard it.
